Abstract:
Our presentation will explain how and why people's decisions sometimes go against the grain of traditional economic predictions. We'll explore the fascinating ways biases and shortcuts in our thinking affect our choices, using real-life examples to make these concepts easy to grasp. Plus, we'll take a peek into the experimental toolbox used by researchers in this field, showing you some terrific methods they use to study behaviour, from simple surveys to complex experiments. This talk is perfect for anyone who is curious and does not require any prior knowledge of the subject.

Everyone is welcome to join the event!
